It's an old and outdated retexture for male characters' faces.
I recommend switching to Dizona Body or DB textures for vanilla (in the download section).
However, I will leave this retexture published for various reasons.

Because the texture was made for Better Males.
You still may experience seams, because Better Males weren't seamless. You've been warned!
