ALT stands for "alternative" and is short for "Allium Textures", an old name for this modification.

Basic version is free and 100% playable. Full version includes everything from the Basic version plus Dirty, Unbound and Pubic Hair options, as well as higher resolution textures (optionally). 2K hands and face for basic.
